Quick answers
- Restoring purchases or subscription: In the app, go to your profile or settings and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Google/Apple account you used to subscribe.
- Venue hours look wrong or a place is closed: Hours come from Google Maps/Places. Tap a venue to open it in Maps, or call the venue directly. Persistent issues? Let us know via the form.
- App won't load or search isn't working: Try pulling to refresh, check your internet, or restart the app. If it keeps happening, tell us your device model and Android version in the form.
